What is the turnaround time for photos?

I aim to have the photos delivered within 24 hours from the time your appointment ends.

Do you offer any discounts?

Yes I offer a referral discount of 50% off listing photos during your next appointment. This applies once someone who you told about my services has paid for an appointment with me AND let me know that they were referred by you.

Do you offer refunds?

I allow my customers to view the work before they pay me. I do my best to address all customer concerns.

I need the property reshot.

If the property needs to be reshot due to something I missed, I will take the necessary shots for free. If the need for a reshoot is something that was out of my control we can reach an agreement on pricing at that time.

How does your pricing work?

For listing photos I charge by square footage. You can click through my order form to check my pricing for your size of property.
