At Ritz’s Photos, we offer two methods for receiving discounts.

Volume/Loyalty Program. Under this program, once a realtor schedules three appointments within a calendar year starting Jan 1, they qualify for a 15% discount on all subsequent appointments for the remainder of the calendar year ending December 31st.

Referral Program: For every person you refer to us who books an appointment, you'll receive one complimentary listing photography service. This applies when the referred individual informs us, either verbally or in writing, that they were referred by you and pay for an appointment with us.

Our referrals and volume discounts program is designed to reward our valued clients for their business and for referring new customers to our services. Please read the following disclaimer carefully before participating in the program:

• Eligibility: To be eligible for discounts under our referrals program, you must be a current or past client who has booked and completed a photography session with us. For volume discounts, you must book multiple sessions within one calendar year. Our volume discounts are exclusively offered to individual clients and are not applicable to companies or brokerages unless otherwise specified.

• Referral Process: Referrals must be new clients who have not previously booked a session with us. Referrers will only receive discounts once the referred client has completed a session with us and paid in full for our services.

• Discounts: Discounts offered under our referrals and volume discounts program are subject to change at any time without prior notice.

• Redemption: Discounts earned through referrals or volume bookings are non-transferable and may not be redeemed for cash. They can only be applied towards future appointments with Ritz’s Photos.

• Expiration: Referral discounts may have an expiration date, as specified at the time of issuance. Please be sure to use your discounts before the expiration date to ensure they remain valid. Volume/loyalty discounts are reset to zero on each New Year.

• Discretion: Ritz’s Photos reserves the right to modify or terminate the referrals and volume discounts program at any time, without liability or obligation to participants. We also reserve the right to refuse discounts if we suspect any fraudulent or unethical behavior.
